[Thinkpad] T30 & Port Replicator DVI-output

just drove one of my DULL FP2000 displays with DVI from a
port rep on my A31p..
perfect..
no problem..
wanted to try but did not try the same from the T40p and
port rep as i had to pack them and send both port reps to
brazil..
