Hello there,

I use an Eagletec USB 1.1 case for a 2.5in. drive, and
I recommend it.

For my configuration (Win98SE, older IBM Travelstar
6GB drive), it needs a driver. Broadly speaking, if
your hard drive is of the newer sort, then no drivers
needed.

USB hard drive cases are dirt cheap in Hong Kong: mine
costs HK$100 (US$12 or GBP 10.00).

Just my twopence worth.
