No it will not.
The thinkpad 600e is very ..very finicky .
the issue is not pc133 or pc100
( well it is on the the earlier verson of the 600 ..that one will Only take PC66)
Yours wants PC66 but might take pc100 perhaps even PC133.
??????
The issue is density of the memory chips .
You must have 16 chips on your dimm.
Then there is a chance that it will work .
There are a few ...very few 16chip PC133 Dimm modules out there.
The Centon 256mb Sodimm at circuit city for $75 should work .
Just make sure you get the 16 chip version ....they have two or three versions.
