 In terms of speed:  The 2.0 device MUST support the 12Mbps speed mode of
USB 1.1 .  It is physically impossible to create a 2.0 device that doesn't.
However that said a 2.0 device doesn't have to support the 1.0Mbps of USB
1.1 nor does it have to support 480Mbits/s.
