I don't have it for your machine.  I recently did this on a colleague's 765,
the patch was available at the bottom of the device driver matrix.  (It
looks like an exe, but it self-extracts as a floppy image.)  Look for
documents at the IBM website on installing windows 98 in general for a
discussion of whether you need this for your machine.
