[Thinkpad] TP600 Battery Pack problem

The A20/21/22 and A30/31 batteries definitely have a counter. You can see
the cycle count in the Battery Information dialog from the Battery MaxiMizer
program. My A21p battery has 130 cycles on it, and my A30p battery has 22
cycles.

I don't know about any other ThinkPad models, and I don't know if the
battery shuts down after a certain number of cycles. But the counter is
definitely there on these models.
